The Cancer and Blood Disorders Auxiliary of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation is proud to present the third annual "Wear a Hat for Cancer" campaign!

Schools and businesses across the region are engaging in philanthropy by asking each participant to make a $2 donation in order to wear a favorite hat throughout the day on October 7, 2016.  This day will also be a general PINK OUT attire day for cancer awareness in general.

This day-long event at Newlonsburg will help to raise vital funds to benefit children being treated for cancer at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. Students and staff are encouraged to "Wear a Hat"  and wear PINK as a sign of support for children battling the difficult side effects, including hair loss, and emotional struggles confronted during cancer treatment.

On the morning of October 7, $2.00 donations will be collected by our Newlonsburg PTO from participants.  Cash or a check made payable to the "Newlonsburg PTO" is welcome.
